The trademark electronic application system (TEAS) is the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office’s electronic filing system. Almost all necessary documents can be filed with the TEAS such as:
- new trademark applications,
- amendments to allege use,
- statements of use,
- responses to Office actions,
- motions to revive,
- assignments,
- renewal documents, and
- changes of address.
