A “stylized mark” or a mark “in special form” includes a particular font, style of lettering, or is a design or logo. The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office requires a trademark registration application to include a drawing or representation of the stylized mark. The mark’s drawing must be in black & white, and be a substantially exact representation of the mark as it appears on the specimen of use or on the foreign registration.
