Community trademark (“CTM”) is the European Union’s unified trademark registration system for the entire European Community. The CTM covers all 15 European Union members: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden & the United Kingdom.
